Cancellation Policy

On-Site Training

Kindly note that the Advance payment is Non-Refundable per our Cancellation policy. This is to compensate the time loss for blocking the seat for you. Our office cancels/not-book any Patients in the Practice during the Training time.

This course is conducted in a private dental office. This means the office will be closed for any patient treatment except emergencies. Hence if anyone cancels in less than one week (Less Than 7 days) notice from the date of the first day of the course NO refund will be provided.

If a candidate cancels :

Less than 15 days from the date of the first day of the course 75% of the reminder payment will be refunded.

less than 10 days from the date of the first day of the course 50% of the reminder payment will be refunded.

Any requests for changes in dates after payment, though possible, will be at the discretion of the course director.

eLearning

No refund will be given for those who paid for the eLearning enrollment, once your login id has been issued and you have logged into the system as a user. If you have paid and have never logged in, then we will refund you 100%, if you made a claim within first 30 days of Payment. After 30 days, no refund can be provided, but a voucher will be given which can be redeemed for On-Site training.

No transfer of eLearning enrollment License will be possible at this time. If the userid login information is shared to any outsider, the License for access will be cancelled immediately and the student will be blocked access. No refund will be issued.
